Please check your volume level by clicking the volume buttons located at the lower right side of the unit. Check the volume level settings in Zoom Room, are set to your preference.
- Check that you are using the preferred sound output - DTEN or external speaker. Use code 81632 to change the output when prompted.
- If using external speaker: make sure that aux cord is plugged into the auxiliary jack with the headphones pictured. Check that speaker is plugged in and powered on (if applicable) and that volume is turned up. On larger bar speaker, ensure that speaker is set to auxiliary mode. You can power through modes by pressing the power button. Speaker lights will display "AU"
The microphone is not working/ microphone producing robotic sound
Replug the DTEN media bar (located on the top of the unit) by removing it and reseating it back.
You will see a notification and a plug-in sound effect if the system detects the media bar.
You can also go to Zoom Rooms settings and see if the microphone is detected.
No Sound picking up from Microphone in Zoom Meeting
Please check your mic setting but selecting the menu button (the 3 dots icon),
and make sure the mic is enabled.
