Creating Schedules - Things to Know

Schedule Name can have spaces.
Description – don’t use any spaces or special characters.
Can only show 6 schedules max (change the row view setting – this doesn’t save).
“Event” settings: For Name, I recommend using the time that the bell will go off. Example: 545start
Use military time.
Standard is 550 GHz.
Routines: Use when you want to schedule multiple bells/announcements/songs in a row.
Do not recommend changing schedules in the Calendar view – make changes under “Site View.”
You cannot combine two schedules into one (for example, a regular school day followed by Back to School Night).
Process: Clone the regular school schedule and then add the additional Back to School Night bells to that new schedule.
